Very close to the beach. The front desk was pretty helpful in making a bus reservation for us.
Wireless Internet is only in the lobby, and there is a 2 euro per hour charge. Also, a bunch of little things make it a bit tedious... Can't bring room towels to the pool, no air conditioning In the hallways, toilet paper shouldn't go in the toilet, etc.

Excellent value, comfortable and good location. Staff were pleasant and helpful.
Street parking, but it was a good side street and beside the hotel. Probably not many guests need parking.

The Bilkay Hotel in Alanya exceeded my expectations! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the hotel's location just beside the Cleopatra beach was perfect for us. We loved the modern bathroom and balcony in our room, and the outdoor seating area with a bar and pool was a great place to relax. The lively atmosphere in the evenings with music and dancing added to the fun experience. We also appreciated the hotel's proximity to shopping, restaurants, and other facilities.
No negatives to mention.

Great location, great stuff, good breakfast!
walls are thin, on 5days and 6days there were loud parties out near the hotel, but it stopped about 00:00. Better take room on 5th floor:)

Spent my Easter in a lovely hotel with prime location to the beach. the hotel offered tasty and diverse breakfast and an outdoor pool with a swim-up bar, where I enjoyed some refreshing drinks.
The room was a bit cramped, and the lack of soundproofing meant some noise from other guests could be heard. the lunch and dinner menu was not as extensive as I had expected, which made it a bit repetitive after a couple of days.

Great weekend! The hotel was clean and comfortable, and very close to the beach and city center. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the service people and kitchen employees. The food options were good, especially the vegetables and fruit. And the pool area was lovely and relaxing.
There were a few small things that could be improved, such as the bathroom being a bit outdated and the housekeeping not being very frequent. , while the staff were friendly, some of them didn't speak very good English.
